| Title | To amend the Clean Air Act to begin reducing the accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, to create incentives to improve the efficiency of fossil fuel use, to create incentives for the use of low carbon fuels and renewable energy resources, to allow regulatory credit for carbon dioxide reductions produced as a by-product of the Acid Rain Control program and other energy efficiency programs, and to stimulate private market development of carbon dioxide reducing technologies. |
