| Title | A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to increase to 40 percent the investment tax credit for solar energy property, to allow the investment tax credit to noncorporate lessors of solar energy property, to allow the residential energy credit with respect to solar energy property to the extent such property performs a solar function, and to allow the amortization of solar energy property based on a 36-month period. |
