  • To the right side of the parking lot is two long rolls of split rail fencing. In-between the fencing is a old beaten down dirt road which now has green grass growing over the tops of the wheel ruts. Down the middle of this old dirt road is a sidewalk which extends from the parking lot all the way up to the front of farm house building. In front of the building is a split rail fence with an open wooden gate that is 4 feet high. This farmhouse building is painted a cream yellow color with maroon colored trim. There is a porch on the first floor and the second floor, on the front side of the building. There are two doors in front of the building which open up to the porch, on the first second floors. The building has four windows on front side of the house which open on to the porches. The foundation of the farmhouse has been made of rocks. On the south east side of the house is a locked cellar door, there is also a chimney that extends to the top of the roof line on both the south and north ends of house. Behind the house is a medium sized backyard of grass which is enclosed by sprint rail fencing. Beyond the backyard is a dark forest of hundreds of young tall trees. To the left of the backyard of the house is more fencing and a small orchard of apple trees. To the right of the back yard are some interpretive signs, then some cannons and beyond that the old dirt road continues downhill.
