Due to construction of the park's new Visitor Contact Station during the 2021 & 2022 seasons, the Point Supreme Overlook will be completely blocked from visitor access. The park has moved visitor services to other areas of the park to address visitor needs during these seasons.
The Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area preserves the natural, historical, and cultural heritage legacies and contributions of Mormon settlement in the West. The heritage area accomplishes this through community-led efforts to connect with the past by telling the Mormon pioneer story.
Since its establishment in 1933, Point Supreme Overlook has served as the primary scenic viewpoint for visitors to the rim of the Cedar Breaks Amphitheater.
This small overlook is just a mile north of the Point Supreme Overlook, this area can be accessed by the Sunset Trail or a small roadside parking area.
